Return and Refund Policy Effective Date: September 29, 2026

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll help.

Returns & exchanges: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Please email us before sending anything back so we can give you the correct return address. 

Exchanges or store credit are available for items returned due to fit or a change of mind. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your order isn't what you expected, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, and you won't pay for return shipping.

Final sale: Beauty products and Sale items can't be returned or exchanged.

Delivery times: Orders ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7-14 business days after that, depending on your location.

Cancellations: Contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll cancel it if it hasn't shipped.
